An internal design project can be a challenging task—particularly when you have an entire company of stakeholders to consider. Who needs to be consulted? How do you collect the right feedback? And—most challenging of all—how do you transform that feedback into tangible action?

Join Wil Arndt, Creative Director at OXD and ThoughtFarmer, as he breaks down the redesign journey of OXD’s and ThoughtFarmer’s shared intranet.

Key takeaways:

  • Simple design tips for internal landing pages
  • Why and how to use survey data
  • How to get employee input and feedback in the redesign process
  • How to get strategic with layout choices

Webinar med Wil Arndt, Creative Director hos OXD / ThoughtFarmer.

As Creative Director at OXD—a digital consulting firm—and ThoughtFarmer—a cloud-based intranet product—Wil Arndt drives product and business strategy while working with clients like Electronic Arts, Government of British Columbia, Pokémon, University of British Columbia, and Honeywell. Over his nearly 30 year career, Wil founded digital firm Mod7, garnered over 150 industry accolades—including SXSW, Applied Arts, HOW Magazine, The Webby Awards, and The Art Directors Club—and has had work featured at the Venice Biennale as well as the Banff World Media Festival. Guiding teams through change, Wil challenges designers and communicators to stay curious and open to new ideas and perspectives. He’s also probably one of the only designers in the world who has actually been a pirate. Ask him about it sometime.
