At this webinar you will hear about the internal chatbot Blu at Swisscom. Blu has a strong personality, so the employees are more likely to form an emotional connection and forgive them their imperfections. They can answer 227 user intents of which 40 are small talk, 180 work related and the rest are functions.

Blu helps the employees arrange meetings, find meeting rooms, create Office 365 group, see the canteen menu, check their holiday balance, find experts, help with translations and more.

The chatbot works in four languages and is built on Microsoft Bot Framework.
