Karro Zetterholm, Manager Digital Business Lead at Volvo Car Group, takes us through the journey that Volvo Car Group went through during 2014 when developing and launching a new intranet in a new platform. With historically poor search results and low end user satisfaction, the project came to include the setup of new information architecture, a total review of current content and structure, set up of clear guidelines and governance for content, permission groups and more, with good results.
