Digital transformation is a long journey process to accompany our People in plants (Frontline workers and Business unit leaders); it requires methodology through a vision, strategies, a roadmap and also an opened mindset, a glimpse of creativity and an out of the box thinking; a continuous accompaniment along the years also stays key.

Today I’m pleased to share with you fruits that bring added values to our frontline workers in plants.

Key takeaways:

  • – Digital transformation is about people and especially our frontline workers,
  • – Emotional intelligence is the key part of the journey to make our People more empowered more agile in their daily job,
  • – Collective intelligence between frontline workers from different plants is a reality.
