Temamöte – Michelin’s Journey: Empowering frontline workers through digital transformation and neuroscience
Digital transformation is a long journey process to accompany our People in plants (Frontline workers and Business unit leaders); it requires methodology through a vision, strategies, a roadmap and also an opened mindset, a glimpse of creativity and an out of the box thinking; a continuous accompaniment along the years also stays key.
Today I’m pleased to share with you fruits that bring added values to our frontline workers in plants.

In her current function, Catherine is leading the digital transformation in Industry within Michelin; it represents more than 80 sites in 17 countries on the 3 continents; she is focusing on the digital transformation for the 60 000 frontline workers; she put in place a BOTTOM-UP method to support her vision and associated strategies. She had experiences in different domains Research & Development, Marketing&Sales, Distribution and now Industry mainly in strategy & transformation, new way of working & new mindset for people.
Her extra professional activities are very close to protection of environment: manage 20ha of forests, herbalist, beekeeper.
Catherine grew up in France and holds a diploma of engineer from EFREI school at Paris.
